"The quality of service is just awful"
The quality of service is just awful. We came with a friend to drink coffee, but we never managed to do it. We went to the bar to order coffee, but the girl behind the counter was talking to her friend, not paying any attention to us, we stood like that for about 5 minutes and left.

"No Customer Service at Philz Coffee"
I ordered Philz coffee online but had an issue with my order. I tried to reach customer service over the next several days with no luck. Apparently Philz doesn't have customer service. They do not respond to emails. When you call their customer service line, it could be 9 am on Monday or 2 pm on Thursday and you still get an after hours message. You can never reach anyone and no one will ever respond to you.

I used to LOVE Philz but this frustrating experience has turned me sour.

"Good vibes"
Good vibes, good decor, good coffee! Who's needs more? Great place to chill and take a break before heading back to to the choas of NYC. But the negative things about this cafe is that the wait staff were very lazy not very efficient...!

"I don't get it."
PhilzCoffee. I honestly don't get it. They stir in your milk and sugar. Throw a big smile your way. But the coffee is honestly not that great. It's not the worst. But one more thing that's being reinvented that does nothing different. If there's not a line, try it out. Otherwise don't waste your time.

"The best cafe on the planet"
Philz Coffee is the best cafe ever. This cafe has the best hot chocolate. The baristas at ever store are nice and friendly. Some of them even know me by name. They treat me as if I am a celebrity. The only this about Philz Coffee I don't like is that they are open new stores way to slow. They should really be working diligently on this and bring Philz Coffee to new markets.
