I like Philz every now and then, but the roast can taste a bit too dark for me, almost kind of burnt. It’s not bad or anything, just not always the flavor I’m in the mood for

The barista was really helpful and knew the different blends well without making the whole thing feel awkward or overcomplicated. Sometimes coffee shops can make that stuff feel a little intimidating, which is totally avoidable, but this was easy and relaxed

The coffee was decent, honestly. Nothing bad about it. But the menu felt a little limited to me. I was expecting more food options and maybe a few more drink styles to choose from. If you already like their blends, you’ll probably be fine, but I got bored quickly looking through the options.

Stopped by Philz Coffee the place was really clean. The tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and the counter area wasn’t cluttered or messy. Even with people coming in and out, it still felt fresh and well taken care of. The bathrooms were clean too, which is always a big plus for me. No unnecessary mess or chaos, just a nice, comfortable place to grab coffee.

I ordered some beans from Philz and the packaging was solid. The bag seemed sealed really well, with no coffee smell leaking out and nothing crushed in the box. It also arrived clean and looked like someone actually took a little care packing it up. It’s a small thing, but I do appreciate it since coffee can get messy quickly if it’s not packed right. I’d probably order again.

I don’t know, the cart just kept freezing on me and it took way longer than it should’ve to place my order. I eventually got it done, but yeah... the whole checkout process was frustrating

The coffee was decent, nothing amazing but totally okay. The pastry, though, tasted dry and kind of old, like it might’ve been sitting out for a while. For the price, I expected a bit better. It wasn’t the worst experience or anything, but I probably wouldn’t order food there again.

My Philz Coffee delivery went really smoothly. The tracking was easy enough to follow, and it showed up right around the time it said it would. Nothing was spilled, nothing was missing, and the coffee still tasted fresh. I’m guessing they’ve got their delivery routine well figured out, because everything arrived in great shape. that’s all I was hoping for, so it’s 5 stars from me.

I can't say the coffee doesn't taste nice, because it really does. But I also can't pretend the prices aren't a bit too high for what you actually get.

I ordered my coffee on my phone before I even left the house, and by the time I got there it was already waiting. The app didn’t act up, nothing was missing, and pickup was super quick. it was one of those little mental shortcuts that made the morning feel way less hectic. Definitely using it again.

Still decent coffee and I’ll probably keep ordering, but I really wish the custom options were a little clearer.

Everyone was so friendly and made my morning a lot better (which I really needed). Just a genuinely nice experience all around
